I'm feeling very emotional right now. I couldn't sleep last night.
Why?
Because the project that I've been living and breathing for the past two years (three years, if you count writing the proposal) is finally here. I proudly present to you SECRETS OF GREAT CHEFS (Recipes, Techniques and Tricks from America's Best Cooks). That's my very first cookbook...can you believe it?
