Hey Thursday friends,

It’s cold in LA! I know because I saw my breath when walking Winston this morning and when I made my cappuccino, I made the milk extra hot. How are you keeping warm? Hot apple cider? Chicken soup with matzo balls? S’mores cooked over a space heater?

One of the coziest winter night dinners (and fastest) is my favorite cacio e pepe recipe which is so good and so easy, you should memorize it and have it at the ready the next time you’re craving pasta.
