Hey everyone,

The last time that I made meatballs — which wasn’t too long ago — I made giant meatballs. In a weird way, they were almost hamburger meatballs: in that each guest got a big blob of ground beef held together with a variety of flavoring agents and instead of a bun, there was polenta.
