Hey friends,

This past Thursday was my birthday (no gifts, please!) and, as I always do on my birthday, I celebrated by eating lots of food. The day began with a walk to our local bakery, which happens to be one of the best bakeries in L.A. (Proof), for their seasonal PISTACHIO CHERRY CROISSANT (those all-caps are intentional).
