Hey everyone,

Are you having a nice week? I’m deep in the weeds figuring out the logistics of our move to NY. As of right now, we’re coming at the start of July to find our apartment, the movers are coming at the end of July, and we’re hoping to move into the new place on August 15th. It’s all very exciting and nerve-wracking and game-changing and anxiety-inducing. Thank God for cooking and the new Zelda, or I’d have no coping mechanisms.

Speaking of cooking, you’ve gotta try this recipe for Green Goddess Chicken Thighs! It’s such a simple idea — a basic Green Goddess Dressing + seasoned boneless skinless chicken thighs = deliciousness — but one I’d never tried before and now I’m hooked.

If you’ve never made a Green Goddess dressing: think anchovies, think garlic, think an embarrassment of herbs. Plus buttermilk and lemon and olive oil.

I’m including the recipe for paid subscribers in a PDF at the end of this post!

Plus: you’ll get access to my full archives and the full Thursday newsletter every Thursday. For example, you’ll get to read the rest of this one.

Are you ready to hear about the dinner I had last night in Highland Park that was so good, I’m ready to declare it my new favorite L.A. restaurant even though I’ve only been there once?
