Not to brag, but I think I made the world’s best-ever sheet pan pizza? Okay, that does sound like bragging. But I did!
I combined a few techniques and it was so easy to do, I can’t imagine NOT doing it the next time I’m craving pizza. You just mix the dough together, wait an hour or two, refrigerate overnight (if you want that overnight fermentation action, but it’s not necessary), then top with tons of mozzarella and raw tomato sauce (doctored with garlic, basil, and anchovies), and toppings of your choice.
