Not to brag, but I think I made the worldβs best-ever sheet pan pizza? Okay, that does sound like bragging. But I did!
I combined a few techniques and it was so easy to do, I canβt imagine NOT doing it the next time Iβm craving pizza. You just mix the dough together, wait an hour or two, refrigerate overnight (if you want that overnight fermentation action, but itβs not necessary), then top with tons of mozzarella and raw tomato sauce (doctored with garlic, basil, and anchovies), and toppings of your choice.
