I Sold My Novel!

Hey everyone,

Forgive the unexpected dispatch, but the best thing that ever happened to me just happened. The novel that I’ve been telling you about for the past year finally sold… to Knopf! My new editor, Jenny Jackson, is an author herself (Pineapple Street) and she’s edited some of my favorite modern novels including Tomorrow and Tomorrow and Tomorrow, Station Eleven, and Crazy Rich Asians.

I can’t wait for you all to read FOOD PERSON in summer 2025!
