I wasn’t trying to show off on Monday before Kristin (Craig’s sister) left for the airport. I’d just done my morning work (Monday’s newsletter) and was stalling before my afternoon work (novel #2), so I decided to make a quick soup. Let’s call it a “lunch soup.”
