Hey everyone,

I’ve been making apple pie for a long time now. At the beginning, I struggled; then I studied at the hands of a genuine apple pie guru, Steve Johnson, who also happens to be my husband’s dad. Ever since, I’ve been a fairly confident pie maker and now that it’s officially fall and rainy and we’re all stuck inside (at least here on the east coast), you have no excuse not to make an apple pie.
