Are you doing anything for Valentine’s Day on Wednesday? We’re so unromantic that I’ll be on a plane flying to Florida while Craig stays in Brooklyn eating leftover soup. The reason is that my niece is having a birthday party and I don’t want to miss it! Plus it might be smarter to celebrate on Tuesday night anyway.
For those who do have a Valentine and are planning to cook up a little meal, it’s time to break out the chocolate and cocoa powder. This is my all-time favorite flourless chocolate cake recipe. I’ve made it more times than I can count, and I have the whole thing memorized.
