My First Puntarelle

One of my favorite things about my new CSA Farm to People is that you get to change and/or supplement your order as you like. Last week, as I was scrolling through the lion’s mane mushrooms and Cara Cara oranges headed my way, I found — in the produce section — puntarelle as an option. I clicked it and then grew as giddy as I was the Hanukkah I got my first Gameboy.
