I’m a big fan of the “grown-up” lunch: the kind where you sit down for more than an hour, you order several courses, and you most definitely order wine. It’s not the kind of thing you can do every day or even every month, but once in a while — usually when I’m meeting up with a fellow food friend (see: Jessie Sheehan at Via Carota) — I indulge in these adult lunch shenanigans.
