Ottolenghi's Coriander-Crusted Fish with Winter Couscous
Plus: Back to Swoonys, Blog Memories, and Links.
Hey everyone,
I’m blog-pilled, to use a phrase my friend Ryan uses. For the past 48 hours I’ve been going through the archives of my blog and tweaking them: the import from Wordpress to Squarespace looks great, but all of the old posts are just jammed together text and a bunch of pictures below it. So I have to go through it post by post to fix everything and in doing so, I’m walking back through my past and I’m really enjoying it.

This was a highly elaborate dinner that I made on Tuesday night for our friends and neighbors: Rob, Kath, Andrew, and Cara.
Andrew and Rob went to film school with Craig, so we’ve known them and their partners for a long time. Part of the fun of being back in NY is reconnecting with these old friends who we lost touch with when we were living in LA. And what better way to show our appreciation than with a shocking barrage of spices and herbs?
