Hey everyone,

Check out that appetizer spread I put on the table the other night while Craig shook up some Last Word cocktails. Our friend Ben Mims (author of CRUMBS) was over for dinner with his friend Matt and I was eager to impress. My CSA had some interesting radicchio options this week — including a pink one and a Dr. Seussian one — so I ordered those and then set about making a dip.
