Boy, when I signed up for a CSA (Farm to People) I had no idea how taken up my life would be with vegetables. I cooked so many vegetables this week that I actually made myself sick. My body was like: “What is all this healthful stuff you’re putting into me? Please, for the love of God, make me a cake!”
I didn’t make a cake, I made a buckle. But more on that in a second.
Let me tell you what I did with all these veggies that showed up on my doorstep on Monday….
