Hey everyone,
I’ve become a person who makes pies at the spur of the moment.
But considering the fact that I bought a bunch of rhubarb the other day, and only used half of it to make the rhubarb relish that I told you about on Monday, it felt positively criminal not to turn the rest into a pie. All I had to do was buy strawberries — admittedly, grocery store strawberries, not farmer’s market strawberries (cut to Alice Waters arresting me) — and the rest was a cinch.
