I’m making a bold claim in this newsletter about NYC sushi — and who am I to make such a claim, having only been back here for six months? — but before we get to that, I want to talk to you about dip. Specifically this hand-smashed blue cheese dip with Stilton that I made for a dinner party last night.
It’s not that different, perhaps, from other blue cheese dips/dressings you’ve experienced before; let’s just say it has “the Adam Roberts touch.” Is that a thing? Does that sound creepy?
