The Only Banana Bread Recipe You'll Ever Need

Ever love a recipe so much that it becomes your default recipe, no matter how many other recipes you encounter for the same thing? That’s how it is for me and this tahini banana bread, which I first made last year.
There are so many ways to make banana bread: some recipes have you lay sliced bananas on top (I once did that and everyone said it looked like a vagina!), other recipes have you add walnuts or pecans or chocolate chips. This recipe only asks you to add two unusual ingredients: (1) tahini, which gives it this incredible richness and depth; and (2) sesame seeds on top. That’s it. And the results are so good, that I just had some for breakfast and I may have some with lunch and maybe just a little as a snack before dinner.
