Hello friends,

Have I got the gift for you! A giant tray of spicy black bean nachos (!!) for your enjoyment. True, it’s Monday, and you’re probably all aspirational about being healthy this week; but come Thursday or Friday, you’ll want to make these nachos, I promise. And they couldn’t be easier: with quick-pickled vegetables, spicy black beans, and lots and lots of cheese, you can throw this together just in time to watch “the game” (and by “the game,” I mean the Tonys on June 12th).
