Hey everyone,

Why does it seem that every time I make biscuits they’re the best biscuits I’ve ever made? Maybe it’s just because I really like biscuits.

So take it with a grain of salt, but Melissa Clark’s biscuits are the best biscuits that I’ve ever made. Also the easiest. Once you get the technique down, there’s really not much to it. In fact: I think you can have these in the oven this weekend with just fifteen minutes of work (not including shopping and cleaning).
