Newsletter #10: Good, Blue Ribbon Bakery & EN Japanese Brasserie & Hey Readers,I have a cat on my lap, so please excuse any typos.Last week was an exciting one: on Friday I cooked with my first chef for the cookbook I'm writing for Artisan. I can't tell you who it was (that'd spoil the surprise) but it was a very full, very fun day--and a big relief as I was really anxious to get started. (Half the book is due October 15th!)
