Hey everyone,

When it comes to new cooking equipment, I always start with the tricky stuff and work my way backwards. When I bought an ice cream machine, I made David Lebovitz’s Malted Milk with Whoppers Ice Cream (from The Perfect Scoop) before I attempted plain vanilla.

The same feels true for my new grill. I was grilling spatchcocked chicken and swordfish before I attempted the most basic grilling thing of all: sausages.
