Hope you and Craig continue to get well! I found this post so refreshing - a rare find, "what we ate with Covid." I loved it! Speedy recovery!

I hope you and Craig continue to feel better and have no lasting effects from this horrible disease. I came down with it last month and lost my appetite too. Although I attributed it to the fact that I also lost my sense of smell and taste. It is weird to eat food going only on texture. You have some really great friends who sent you soup and food from Langer's. Wishing you both good health.

Oh Adam, I fell for you both. Two months after i got the plague and I'm still battling pneumonia. This is serious stuff. I hope you appetite returns with a vengeance! Best to you, Craig and your adorable pooch. Winston the nurse!

Just came down with COVID too this past Sunday and had the same symptoms. Had a wicked bacd sore throat that barely let me sleep. It was dreadful. Finally getting out of the COVID fever haze. Thanks for the post, wish all those yummy places you ordered from were here in MIA.

I had high expectations for Din Tai Fung soup dumplings, but they seemed kind of meh to me. I also had them delivered, so that may have been the problem.

ugh! glad you're both on the mend. i wish i could send you back in time to watch the staircase documentary after the tv show. i re-watched it before watching the hbo series because i wanted a refresher and i kind of wish i hadn't, as it caused a lot of "wait what, that never happened" and also a lot of "well, this is definitely an hbo show i guess." slowly though i began to realize that the show was not going to give me what i wanted, which was more answers, more insight, a wider view of the facts - and it was not intended to do that. i started listening to the accompanying podcast and it has helped me appreciate the show much more, and see it for what it is, and what it's meant to be. the actors are all stellar, and the show is gripping, and i guess if they have one thing going for them it's that pretty much every real life person depicted is probably an equal amount of pissed, lol.
