Ooh, I made Vin D’Orange earlier this year when the Sevilles were everywhere (in the U.K.) - I get to decant it in a week or two. I’m on trend! Even better I’m going to have something delicious to drink now that the sun is finally shining.

Hi, for this I bought two bottles of $13 Jeffery Rose because I wanted it to be drinkable, but as Samin says, because you're adding all that sugar, you shouldn't use anything too fancy.

I have made David’s Vin D’Orange and it is delicious. I made it with Sauvignon Blanc. I have the mix of citrus you have and will try it with the rose and a vanilla bean. Check out Wirecutter’s review of French Presses. https://www.nytimes.com/wirecutter/reviews/best-french-press/
