Especially the bacalaitos (codfish fritters) and alcapurrias with crab filling. Pinones is a good place to do this. Great beaches, too! I also highly recommend hitting the Guavate Trail and going to a good lechon stand for amazing roast pork with crispy skin. If they have blood sausage get that, too. Dishoom is a mandatory stop every single time I land in London. It’s often my first meal in town. And their keema pau is the first thing I order. Try it with super soft mini rolls instead of paratha--the way they serve it at the restaurant--and you really will feel like you’re eating an Indian sloppy joe. It’s amazing!
